Public deployed-agent receipt summary

Public-safe receipt summary for listing-backed deployments. Raw private receipt payloads, private ECF, raw tool outputs, and buyer-private details are excluded.

Discovery-tranche response contract (issue #1550): only successful invocations with settled, free_trial, or covered_by_entitlement settlement are listed; ?limit defaults to 20 and clamps to 1-100. A deployment without a marketplace listing returns 200 with receipt_surface_status unavailable, not 404.
