Public-safe first-proof summary for a policy-gated deployed agent. Returns receipt/evidence refs and hashes only; raw prompts, raw tool output, raw browser artifacts, raw receipt payloads, wallet-private data, settlement internals, and private ECF are excluded.

Discovery-tranche response contract (issue #1550): public-safe first-proof surface; the hosted V1 builder reports unavailable, while the shared-runtime variant reports recorded proof without execution authority.
