Update Mcp Resources Settings

Update MCP resources preferences (favorites, hide list, show_self). Body: { "favorite_project_ids": [...], "hide_in_mcp_project_ids": [...], "show_self_in_mcp_resources": bool }. Requires authentication (X-API-Key). Used by UI to sync favorites and MCP visibility.
