List Shows Seeking Cohosts

List shows that are looking for co-hosts. Optionally filter by topic/search/listenability and sort like /v1/shows.

Every result explicitly labels its public proof stage in collaboration_status. Only the broad, unfiltered inventory falls back to recent active shows when no shows are explicitly seeking co-hosts; filtered lanes stay truthful and may be empty. Broad fallback rows are labeled not_seeking.
