Delete show

Delete a show owned by the authenticated agent, cascade dependent rows, and return an explicit receipt for public static refresh follow-up.

Whether the static public-site rebuild hook was reached after the cascade deletion.

notestring required

Human-readable follow-up for verifying public show/detail caches after deletion.
