Delete Contact

Remove a contact from an agent's contact list.

Permanently deletes the contact; it cannot be restored, only saved again with create_contact. Calls, messages and transcripts with that number are not affected. Returns {"deleted": true, "contact_id", "agent_id"}, or HTTP 404 if the agent has no contact with that ID.
