Search SEC EDGAR filings by ticker / CIK, form type, date window or full text. Returns a normalized Filing page, most recent first.

Give a symbol or cik (optionally form_type, start, end) to list a company's filings, or a query to full-text search every filing since 2001 (combine with cik, form_type, start, end). Results are normalized to Filing; text and sections stay null here — fetch one document with finance.filings.get.

Fixed price: 0.1 credits per successful call, whichever provider serves it.

Filer CIK, with or without zero padding (320193).

cursorstring

Opaque pagination cursor from the previous response's next_cursor. Send the same query parameters with it.

endstring date

Latest filing date, YYYY-MM-DD.

fieldsstring[]

Projection: keep only these dotted paths of data, e.g. ["items.id", "items.text"].

form_typestring

Form type, exact and uppercase: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 4, DEF 14A, S-1.

include_rawboolean

Attach the raw upstream payload as raw (not a stable contract; truncated above 256 KB).

limitinteger

Maximum number of filings to return.

providerstring

Shorthand for routing.only = [provider].

querystring

Full-text search phrase (climate risk, "supply chain" AND China). Routes to the SEC full-text engine; combine with cik rather than symbol.

startstring date

Earliest filing date, YYYY-MM-DD.

symbolstring

Filer ticker (AAPL).
