Extract one named section (Risk Factors, MD&A, Business …) of a 10-K / 10-Q / 8-K filing as plain text or HTML. Returns a Filing with text and sections filled.

Give the primary document URL on www.sec.gov (the url field of a finance.filings.search result) and the section id: 10-K items 1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 2 … 15; 10-Q parts part1item1 … part2item6; 8-K items 1-1 … 9-1. One section per call; the filing metadata fields stay null.

Fixed price: 0.5 credits per successful call, whichever provider serves it.
