Creator ARV 1.0 catalog

The ARV 1.0 catalog (spec 3.7) the manifests list in catalogs: public assets and their moments. Every moment has start_ms < end_ms inside its asset's duration_ms and an id recomputable from {origin}|{asset_id}|{start_ms}|{end_ms}. A creator with more assets than one page holds has more pages, and the manifest lists every page URL. It carries no playback or stream URL. Not cached.
