Remove a suppressed address

Removes the address from your list, so you can write to it again → the removed row. A bounce or complaint needs ?confirm=true (409 confirmation_required otherwise): sending again to an address that bounced or complained hurts your deliverability and can get sending paused. 404 when it isn’t on your list. Emits suppression.removed (who removed what). contacts:write, workspace-wide keys only.

Permission: contacts:write.
