?q=&label=&kind=&domain=&cursor=&limit=. Newest last_seen_at first. q matches address or name. kind is one or more of person, automated, sales, unknown, comma-separated (every kind when left out). domain is the part after the @. ?metadata.<key>=<value> filters.

Permission: contacts:read.
