Drafts

Create a draft

{ to?, cc?, bcc?, subject?, text?, html?, attachments?, metadata?, labels?, reply_to_message_id?, thread_id?, reply_all?, send_at? }. Everything is optional. With reply_to_message_id (or thread_id: its latest message) recipients and the Re: subject are filled like a reply. 201 with the draft. Needs drafts:write, plus messages:send when send_at is set.

Permission: drafts:write.
