Send a draft now

Sends now through exactly the same checks as send and reply (lists, suppressions, quotas, the burst limit, daily caps). 202 { draft, message }. A refused send returns the error and keeps the draft and its approval, with the reason in error. Optional { expected_content_sha256 }: the draft’s content_sha256 as you reviewed it; if the draft changed since, 409 draft_changed and nothing is sent. Needs drafts:write and messages:send.

Permission: drafts:write.
