Gateway Re Verify

Mutation-boundary re-check — 6th gate per SINT conformance model.

Consumer calls this immediately before a mutation to confirm the previously-issued trust decision still holds at the enforcement point. Lightweight by design: reads only cached scan state, never triggers a fresh scan.

Verdict TTL scales with action_class:

  • irreversible: 30s
  • compensable: 120s
  • reversible: 300s

Response is Cache-Control: no-store — verdicts never cache downstream.

Example::

POST /api/v1/gateway/re-verify
{"repo": "owner/repo", "action_class": "irreversible", "min_tier": "standard"}

→ {"verified": true, "trust_tier": "trusted", "max_valid_until": "...",
   "jws": "...", "scan_age_seconds": 120}
