Get My Pulse Context

Return the caller's full normalized Pulse context.

If the caller hasn't opted into intelligence use, returns opt_in=False with empty/null fields — same shape as opted-in-but-no-data. UI should treat these identically and not try to distinguish them.

This is primarily for debugging and for future UI that wants to show the user what Pulse knows about them. AskActivitIA should call get_pulse_context_for_ask from services.wearables.pulse_context directly — not this HTTP endpoint.
