Write the opt-out row. Idempotent — repeat POSTs return success and do NOT create duplicates (unique constraint on email_normalized,scope).

Accepts:

  • application/json with {email, scope, token, reason?}
  • application/x-www-form-urlencoded with the RFC 8058 one-click body List-Unsubscribe=One-Click. In that case the email/scope/ token are read from the URL query string, mirroring the GET.
