Get Dismissed Activities

Get all activities the user has dismissed (👎), with full activity details.

2026-05-23 — Query now reads BOTH dismissal tables (notification_dismissals AND vibe_dismissals) via UNION so a future Settings → "Hidden activities" surface covers EVERY downvote, regardless of which surface recorded it. Previously this only listed notification_dismissals rows, which meant a user who downvoted via Home or the vibe lane couldn't actually see (or restore) what they'd hidden — the "manage hidden" promise was broken by silent omission. The newer canonical write path (services.activity_feedback.record_activity_downvote) writes both tables, but legacy rows that exist in only one table are still surfaced here. dismissed_at is the EARLIER of the two timestamps if a row exists in both, so the user sees when they first rejected the activity.
