Start Movement Session

Start a manual movement session (walk/run/bike/hike).

Returns a session_id the frontend uses to post live updates and complete the session. Session rows live in movement_sessions table. Falls back gracefully if the table doesn't exist yet (returns a client-side-only stub id) so the UI can still function without the migration.
