Create From Ask Intent

Create a planning session pre-populated from orchestrator output.

Called by the AskActivitIA frontend when the user clicks the "Start a planning session" CTA on an orchestrator response that detected planning intent. The orchestrator passes whatever it extracted (target_area, activity_type, etc.) and we seed the session with those values.

Returns the new session's id so the frontend can navigate to /plan/{id}.
