Search venue_registry for candidates matching this session's needs.

Returns ranked list. The frontend shows score breakdown so the user understands "why" each venue ranked. Filters out venues with no contact info by default (only_with_contact=true) — the user can flip this to see all venues if they want to add contact info themselves.
