Create Activity From Session

Build a real Activity from the planning session and link them.

Pre-conditions:

  • session.status == 'booking_confirmed'
  • session has a confirmed booking row with venue_id

Child-safety per design §9: if estimated_children > 0, force visibility to 'private' regardless of session.visibility, and add a requires_supervision flag to activity metadata. This is non-overridable at the API level — the user can change visibility AFTER the activity is created if they really want, but we don't auto-publicise events with kids.
