Get Lfc Presence
Aggregate LFC presence across all activities. Excludes the calling user — you should never see yourself counted in a number that is supposed to pull you in.
2026-05-22 — total_looking now subtracts people the caller has already made contact with (any say-hi dismissal OR any shared thread). The mystery-presence card pops based on this count; if every "looking nearby" person is someone you've already chatted with, the count goes to 0 and the card auto-hides instead of promising a match the anon-thread endpoint will 404 on.
2026-05-22 — Optional auth. Guests get a global aggregate count with guest: true, can_interact: false. No identities, no user IDs, no activity IDs. Anonymous interaction (sending hi, creating threads) stays signed-in only; the Home interject CTA is wrapped in GuestActionGate so taps route into the sign-in flow.
Returns: total_looking, activities_with_lfc. Never exposes individual identities.
