Get Active Lfc Activities

Activities that currently have other users looking for company. Used by the Home LFC picker second section: "Activities where people are looking". Policy: anonymous counts only — no user identity exposed. Excludes activities the calling user is already joined to (those appear in the first section of the picker). Excludes the calling user from the looking count.
