Submit Draft

Submit a claim draft.

Closure A (May 2026):

  • AUTHED path (Authorization present): status → 'submitted' directly, claimant_id set to user.id, owner_review_deadline = NOW + 24h, reminders_sent = '[]'. No anon→authed promotion step needed. The owner-review lifecycle worker picks it up immediately.
  • ANON path (X-Anon-ID only): status → 'submitted_anon', 24h reservation held. Frontend should follow with Clerk sign-in; attach_drafts_to_user promotes the row on /profile.

Both paths fire the same notify_claim_request_received fan-out (bell + email + WhatsApp where available).
