Upload Attraction Image

Upload one image and return its public URL. The URL goes into either cover_image_url or appended to gallery_urls[] on a subsequent POST/PATCH attraction call.

Mirrors /api/moments/upload — same validation, same EXIF strip, same Pillow re-encode. Reuses the existing image_service infrastructure rather than introducing a parallel media pipeline.

The bucket key is 'attractions' which (per services/image_service.py BUCKETS map) aliases to the activitia-activities bucket. No new Supabase bucket needs provisioning.
