Get Registration Schema

Public read: returns field schema for the registration form. Anyone considering registering needs to see what's being asked. Visibility tags are returned so the frontend can render hint text ("only the organiser sees this"). The actual sensitive answers are NEVER returned by this endpoint — it's the schema, not the data.
