Initiate Screen (FASTA File Upload)

Initiate a pathogen screen.

Input is a file (Content-Type: multipart/form-data), in either <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FASTA_format">FASTA</a> or <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FASTQ_format">FASTQ</a> format. Files which are not valid FASTA or FASTQ will be rejected.

FASTA sequences must each be at least 30 base pairs in length. (FASTQ sequences may be any non-zero length.) Total base pair count, across all sequences, may not exceed 1,000,000,000.
