The published exchanges, largest 30d inflow plus outflow first, each with its address counts, its 30d flows across the boundary of its address set, its own wallets' live balances and its frozen and sanctioned addresses. Built once a day from closed UTC days (as_of_day); every window says how many of its days are measured.
