The exchange's own wallets (group=own, by balance then turnover) or its customers' deposit addresses (group=deposit, by 30d turnover) on one network, 100 to a page in the order the nightly build fixed: page n is the same rows for every reader until the next build (built_at). total and pages size the list. Every other query parameter is refused.
