Get Code Hcc

Get HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) information for a code.

Returns risk adjustment mappings for:

  • CMS-HCC (Medicare Advantage)
  • RxHCC (Part D)
  • HHS-HCC (ACA marketplace)
  • ESRD

When detail=true, includes per-symbol breakdown with model type, version code, category, and payment flags.

When include_weights=true, attaches RAF weights to each category.
