Look up an ICD-10-CM code with full tabular details.

Returns the code description, chapter/section info, and all instructional notes (includes, excludes, code first, use additional code, etc.).

When include_inherited=true (default), notes from parent categories are also included, providing complete coding guidance.

When include_hcc=true, HCC risk adjustment mappings are included inline in the response as hcc_mappings. Add include_weights=true to attach RAF weights to each HCC category.
