Enrich Domain Endpoint

Fetch the caller's domain imprint and suggest legal-entity details (UC-057).

Empty body (domain comes from the token email claim only — NFR-006 pt 4). Suggest-only: always 200, never errors the wizard. All-null on any failure. Free-mail domains return all-null without any outbound fetch (AC4). Per-principal rate limit: RATE_LIMIT_ENRICHMENT_PER_MINUTE (default 5/min).
