Status of a watcher by watcherId, scoped to YOUR wallet (the x402 payer that armed it) — 404 if it isn't yours or doesn't exist: state (armed/completed/expired/cancelled), fires used/remaining, expiry, recent deliveries (with HTTP result + attempt count), and any UNDELIVERED events with their full callback bodies — the pull backstop, so a missed push is always recoverable here. Pairs with watchers.crypto-address-activity.
