Cancel an active watcher by watcherId - it stops watching...
Cancel an active watcher by watcherId — it stops watching immediately. Only the wallet (x402 payer) that armed it can cancel it; 404 if it isn't yours or doesn't exist. Flat-fee model: no refund of the unused window (nothing is held or owed). Idempotent. Pairs with watchers.crypto-address-activity and watchers.status.
