Get open interest history (Deprecated)

Deprecated: use /v1/hyperliquid/openinterest/{symbol}, which serves the same Hyperliquid data. Responses carry Deprecation: true and Link: </v1/hyperliquid/>; rel="successor-version". No removal date is set.

Get historical open interest data with associated market context (mark price, oracle price, volume, etc.).
