Get funding rate history (Deprecated)

Deprecated: use /v1/hyperliquid/funding/{symbol}, which serves the same Hyperliquid data. Responses carry Deprecation: true and Link: </v1/hyperliquid/>; rel="successor-version". No removal date is set.

Get historical funding rates. Hyperliquid settles funding every hour.
