Get Ticker Redirects

Tickers that used to have pages, each mapped to the ticker its company trades under now: warrants, units, rights and preferreds -> the common stock (JPM-PC -> JPM), renamed symbols -> the new one (MMC -> MRSH).

zyberno.com fetches this to 301 their old URLs. Tickers of companies that are gone aren't listed; their pages 404. Built by scripts/rebuild_working_list.py (app/utils/ticker_universe.py) and shipped with the deploy, so it is read once per process.
