Get detailed breakdown of stock processing status - prices vs EDGAR vs full data.

OPTIMIZED VERSION:

  • First gets list of stocks that exist in cache (1 Redis operation)
  • Only checks processing status for cached stocks (N operations where N = cached stocks)
  • Instead of checking all 10,033 stocks, only processes stocks actually in cache
