Delete Normalize Config

Permanently deletes a normalization configuration along with its rules. This cannot be undone. To retire a config while keeping it on record, set its status to ARCHIVED with Update Normalize Config instead.

Deleting a config does not update the Prepare calls that reference it. Check for references before deleting, and remove the id from your callers.

Returns 204 with no body on success. Returns 404 if no config has the given configId.

This endpoint does not consume credits.
