Report a diagram seen at a version link (public)

Report a diagram you can see that breaks the hosted-content policy (https://zindex.ai/terms#published-and-shared-scenes): a published diagram, or one shared with you by a share link. Anyone can report, signed in or not. The ref is the version link's own, as GET /v1/public/diagrams/{ref} takes it; the page at https://zindex.ai/d/{ref} sends its ref with the version it shows. A report is kept only when that read would show the version: a private diagram's ID, a revoked or unknown token, a deleted diagram or a version it doesn't have keeps nothing. The answer is the same 200 either way, so it doesn't reveal which IDs or tokens exist. A report through a share link records the link's ID, never its token; while the report is open, moderators see what the link shows (its images and version dates, never the scene). A published diagram that breaks the policy is made private and every share link to it revoked; a diagram shared only with links has the reported link revoked. Zindex reviews every report within 48 hours; the diagram's owner never sees the reporter's email.
