Report a problem with one version

Sends one version (default the latest) to Zindex support with a one-line problem. A report is its own record: the diagram's visibility doesn't change. Anonymized unless anonymize is false: Zindex keeps the anonymized copy and staff see only that. Pass the seed from POST /v1/diagrams/{id}/reports/preview so the copy is exactly the one previewed. Every staff view is logged. Withdraw with DELETE /v1/diagrams/{id}/reports/{reportId}.
