List User Memberships

List all organizations the current user has access to.

Returns accepted, non-revoked memberships with org details (not in deleted orgs). The org switcher reads them from platform.whoami@1 since web-caps slice 19 (the same builder, orgadmin/session_profile.memberships); the memberships page still calls this.
