Create Guest Invite

Create a guest invite for client access.

legacy: web moved to sharing.invite_guest@1 on 2026-09-28 (web-caps slice 14). Same code

(orgadmin/sharing.py); stays for API keys until rule 4.

Auto-upgrade to full membership: If the invitee email matches an existing user, creates a full OrgMembership instead of token-based guest access.

For new users: Creates token-based guest invite with claim-scoped access.

Any accepted org member (owner/admin/member) can share; guests cannot. External-share governance (enable switch + domain allowlist) still applies. Demo organizations cannot create invites (read-only).
