Reseed Demo Scripts

Re-provision conversation scripts from the markdown files. Superadmin only.

Claims, documents, and users are PRESERVED. Use this to pick up edits to conversations/scripts/*.md without wiping demo data. Scripts are cached in the DB as ConversationScript.parsed_steps and loaded from there at runtime, so a reseed is required for any .md change to take effect.
