Send Message

Send a message to the assistant and receive a streaming SSE response.

Stays a route (keep-legacy, web-caps slice 15): the reply streams token by token, which the capability gateway doesn't carry. assistant.message@1 runs the same turn (assistant/session.py) and returns the whole reply, for API keys.
