Your events, live (text/event-stream)

For always-on processes. Replays from ?after (or the Last-Event-ID header on reconnect), then stays open; each event's SSE id is its seq. A comment line every 25 seconds keeps it open. npx @zetto/mcp-server listen wraps this.
