MCP JSON-RPC 2.0 endpoint

Model Context Protocol endpoint for AI agent tool calling. Supports initialize, tools/list, and tools/call methods. Enables Claude, Cursor, Windsurf and other MCP-compatible AI hosts to call Zestio tools directly (search listings, CRM, virtual staging, market analysis, etc.).
