Update the application overview prose

Update the application overview prose for one application. This writes through to PersistentSastScanApplicationInfo.llmContext, which is interpolated inside the <llm_context> tag for scanner-agent prompts that consume application context. Edits propagate to the next scan automatically — there is no separate publish step. Requires ORG_EDIT_SAST_CONFIG.
