List the task statuses on the SD Elements instance

Read every task status defined on the organization's SD Elements instance — the built-in Complete / Incomplete / Not Applicable plus any custom statuses — with its slug and meaning. Use the slugs whose meaning is DONE or TODO as values in a task status mapping (securityCompass.updateProjectMapping); NA statuses are never accepted as targets. Uses the dashboard-saved credentials; fails with 400 when the instance cannot be reached.
