Auto-provision and validate one application

Provision a SOURCE_BUILD runtime validation profile for one application (build and run it from its own source inside an isolated container) and immediately queue a full-application validation run, with no manual profile configuration. Use a completed successful FullScan id from the same repository. Rejects a duplicate pending or processing run for the application.
